(Commercial & Residential Use)  CR

HOW TO CLEAN

No permanent air filter is more easily cleaned than the Pliotron CR. Often regular vacuuming will maintain peak performance. Merely vacuum the upstream side first, then repleat on the discharge side. Sometimes this operation can be completed without removing the filter from the system or bank.

Periodically, a thorough flush with clean water is recommended to release any dirt not removed by vacuuming. It is not necessary to dry the filter before returning to service - merely shake off the excess water and it is ready for use.

When heavy grease concentrations are encountered, it is advisable to wash the filter with a detergent solution to allow the grease concentration to be dissolved. The detergent solution should then be rinsed thoroughly before the filter is returned to service.

Pliotron CR air filters may be cleaned repeatedly without physical deterioration or loss of efficiency.

Note: Detailed washing instructions are affixed to each individual Pliotron Filter.

Note: Maximum recommended operating temperature is 190 degrees F.
